Tarek Rached is a certified personal trainer and World Kickboxing Champion. He began training in various types of martial arts including karate, kickboxing, boxing, and Muay Thai at the age of twelve, and he competed for the Lebanese National Team as an amateur in kickboxing. In his career as a professional kickboxer, Tarek traveled to countries all over the world including Italy, France, Russia, Germany, Denmark, Turkey, Belgium, Hungary, among others, where he competed in over one-hundred and forty fights and won the World Champion Title eight times.

In addition to being a world class fighter, Tarek is educated in all aspects of fitness and nutrition. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer, a MMA Conditioning Specialist, a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. With over twenty-seven years of experience, Tarek’s clientele spans all different age groups and he utilizes various approaches to personal training. He combines cardio exercises, including kickboxing, with strength training to give his clients the ultimate total body workout. Tarek’s experience as a trainer ranges from group exercise classes such as Cardio Kickboxing, Cycling, Aqua, SilverSneakers, and Total Body Works to 1:1 Personal Training. In addition, his certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist allows him to assist individuals with injuries and/or to help those who are looking for rehabilitation after surgery.

With his certification in nutrition, Tarek is able to help his clients to find a diet that works for them to stay healthy and strong for maximum results. His work ethic and ability to motivate others is unmatched, and he never stops trying to find new exercises to challenge his clients to push themselves to their limits in every workout they receive.
